One of Ireland’s leading Fit-Out and Building Contractors is looking for a Quantity Surveyor for a residential project in Dublin.

Our client are a dynamic, multi-disciplined contractor that work across numerous sectors including Commercial, Healthcare, Data Centre, Education and Residential throughout Ireland.

Role responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for the financial management of projects from contract award through to final account, ensuring budgets, costs and profitability are controlled.
• Prepare tender enquiries, procure subcontractors and suppliers, negotiate costs and manage subcontractor accounts and payments.
• Prepare monthly progress valuations, WIP reports, cost reports and liabilities, ensuring accurate and timely commercial reporting to management and clients.
• Identify, value and document variations throughout the project, while re-measuring works and ensuring all additional costs are captured and recovered.
• Work closely with Contracts Managers, Site Managers, Directors and the Design Team to ensure projects remain on budget and programme, while managing contract documentation, compliance and commercial risks.

You will have:

• Qualification in Quantity Surveying or relevant discipline
• 3 years experience
