Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the successful delivery of residential construction projects, managing site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and client relationships from start to completion.
- Plan, monitor, and drive project programmes to ensure key milestones, quality standards, and handover requirements are achieved on time.
- Oversee project budgets, variations, procurement, and commercial performance in collaboration with the Commercial and Quantity Surveying teams.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promote a strong safety culture, and coordinate design and technical information to support efficient project delivery.
- Prepare project reports, maintain accurate documentation, and provide effective leadership in a fast-paced main contracting environment, with proven residential project management experience essential.
Requirements:
- Relevant third level degree in Construction
- Previous experience running large projects with exposure to residential projects
