Project Manager (North Dublin)

They are currently involved in a number of significant live projects and are looking for a Project Manager to join their team who will play a key part in ensuring successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the successful delivery of residential construction projects, managing site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and client relationships from start to completion.
• Plan, monitor, and drive project programmes to ensure key milestones, quality standards, and handover requirements are achieved on time.
• Oversee project budgets, variations, procurement, and commercial performance in collaboration with the Commercial and Quantity Surveying teams.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promote a strong safety culture, and coordinate design and technical information to support efficient project delivery.
• Prepare project reports, maintain accurate documentation, and provide effective leadership in a fast-paced main contracting environment, with proven residential project management experience essential.

Requirements:

• Relevant third level degree in Construction
• Previous experience running large projects with exposure to residential projects
