Intermediate level Quantity Surveyor - Dublin 8

Salary - up to €70k DOE with benefits package including vehicle, pension

A well-established Irish construction company and developer, delivering residential developments, interior fit-outs, refurbishment, fire remediation and general contracting projects is seeking an Intermediate Level Quantity Surveyor for their residential project in Dublin 8.

With over 40 years’ industry experience, they provide end-to-end construction solutions, combining strong technical expertise, quality, safety and sustainability with a collaborative, client-focused approach.

Role responsibilities:

• Manage tendering for subcontract packages, review quotations, negotiate and make recommendations
• Manage subcontract agreements, variations, claims and contractual matters throughout the project
• Carry out accurate quantity take-offs, measurements and valuations in line with project requirements
• Prepare cost reports and forecasts while identifying commercial risks, opportunities and value engineering measures

Role requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quantity surveying or commercial management
