Senior Health & Safety Officer – Dublin city

Salary - up to €75k plus vehicle

We’re seeking a qualified Health & Safety Officer to join a dynamic construction team in the Dublin city region.  This is a site-based role ideal for professionals with 5+ years of construction safety experience who want to grow their career within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture on-site
• Conduct risk assessments, prepare method statements, and update safety documentation
• Support audits and ensure compliance with H&S legislation and company policies
• Assist in staff training and development
• Liaise with SHEQ Manager and external safety consultants

Requirements:

• Degree in Health & Safety (or related)
• 5+ years’ construction site experience
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 18001) and Safe-T-Cert
• Excellent communication, organisation, and reporting skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and safety platforms
• Valid SafePass, Manual Handling, and full driver’s licence
