Your role will involve:

• Developing, supporting and driving the quality strategy for the group and the business units.
• Implementing the Quality Policy and our clients QMS (including the coaching and guidance of its use)
• Generating and sustaining an awareness, ownership and healthy debate at all levels around the business case and importance for our Zero Goal of Zero snags, Zero defects and to Get It Right First Time
• Promoting quality awareness and ensure that our Quality DNA and support tools are embedded as a constant within all of our staff and supply chain

What you will need:

• A third level qualification in Construction Management / Civil Engineering or equivalent.
