Senior Quantity Surveyor – Group Procurement

Dublin 4 | Permanent

We’re currently recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the newly established Group Procurement Function of one of Ireland’s leading residential developers.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced QS to take on a more strategic procurement-focused role, helping shape processes, develop supply chain relationships and drive value across a growing portfolio of residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead procurement and tendering of key subcontract packages.
  • Complete tender analysis, benchmarking and commercial negotiations.
  • Develop and improve procurement processes, documentation and BOQ structures.
  • Build strong relationships with strategic supply chain partners.
  • Identify commercial risks, opportunities and industry trends.
  • Support digital, sustainable and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work closely with Project, Technical and Commercial teams.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years’ post-graduate QS experience.
  • Main contractor or PQS background.
  • Residential/housebuilding experience highly desirable.
