Project Duration: 12-14mths remaining on project

Working with this company will allow you to be exposed to high profile developments as well as working alongside some of the most experienced and skilled workers in their field. 

You will be doing:

• Set out works accurately and provide clear information and direction to foremen, operatives and subcontractors.
• Monitor works to ensure they meet drawings, specifications and quality standards, including rebar, concrete and material testing.
• Review drawings and technical submissions, prepare method statements and ensure all required information is correctly communicated to the design team.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site activities, including traffic management, to ensure works are carried out safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate site diaries and records, promote safe working practices and report any issues or non-compliance.

You will need:

• A third level qualification in Engineering
• 2+ years’ experience in setting out
• Previous experience working with a main contractor
• Excellent communication skills
