Senior EHS Advisor - Frankfurt

Are you a proactive Safety Professional, passionate about critical infrastructure and operation excellence?

In this pivotal role, you will be joining a progressive Tier 1 main contractor, in leading the implementation of safety standards on an exciting new Data Center project in Frankfurt, Germany.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A diploma/degree in Health & Safety.
• Experience of ISO Standards.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience working within the construction industry.
• Experience working with a recognised main contractor (Ireland, UK or worldwide).
• Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities.
• Direct experience with High/Medium Voltage safety practices and HVAC/Cooling safety hazards.

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the Company’s EHS Management System.
• Promote a positive H&S culture on-site with Site Management, contractors, and workers.
• Monitor EHS compliance on-site and generate weekly inspections & reports.
• Develop, maintain and foster collaborative relationships with the wider project team.
