Digital Construction Coordinator – South Dublin

As a Digital Construction Coordinator, you will work closely with the Project, Design and Construction teams, providing technical BIM expertise and supporting the effective management, coordination and delivery of project information.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an Information Manager, supporting the structured delivery and management of project information.
- Work closely with Design Teams, Subcontractors and BIM Leads to ensure effective BIM coordination.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary models and manage clash detection, review and resolution.
- Lead and participate in BIM coordination and model review meetings.
- Support compliance with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and project information requirements.
- Assist with the implementation of ISO 19650-aligned information management processes.
- Promote the practical use of BIM and digital construction technologies across projects.
- Carry out model audits, quality checks and information validation.
- Support the Project Team with model-based information and digital workflows.
- Attend project and site coordination meetings and carry out site visits as required.
- Work collaboratively with project stakeholders to ensure information is delivered accurately and within programme requirements.
Role Requirements
- Previous experience in a BIM, Digital Construction or Information Management role.
- Strong understanding of 3D modelling, model coordination and structured data.
- Experience working with BIM models and multidisciplinary project information.
- Knowledge of BEP requirements, LOD/LOI and model auditing.
- Understanding of ISO 19650 principles and information management workflows would be highly advantageous.
- Experience with BIM coordination and clash detection processes.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A proactive approach to improving digital construction processes and project delivery.
