Regional EHS Manager - Frankfurt

In this role, you be a part of the senior management team and take ownership of the Health and Safety within a highly regulated, fast paced environment.

Specialising in data center projects, high end fit out and prestigious residential developments , they are at the forefront of the Irish construction industry. This is a role that ensures you will stand out as a Health and Safety professional.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A diploma/degree in Health & Safety.
• Experience of ISO Standards.
• 10 years’ experience at a senior manager level within the construction industry.
• Experience working with a recognised main contractor (Ireland, UK or worldwide).
• Previous track record of leading an EHS team.
• Previous experience working in Europe.

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the Company’s EHS Management System.
• Promote a positive H&S culture on-site with Site Management, contractors, and workers.
• Monitor EHS compliance on-site and generate weekly inspections & reports.
• Develop, maintain and foster collaborative relationships with the wider project team.
• Influence and coach site team in the implementation of best practice EHS standards.
