Site Manager / Finishing Foreman – Residential Development, Wexford Town
Our client, a well-established Irish Construction Company is seeking an experienced Site Manager / Finishing Foreman to join their team on a large-scale residential project in Wexford Town. The development consists of 60 new homes, a mix of traditional build and timber frame units.
Role Overview
- Overseeing day-to-day site operations on a residential project
- Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and finishing teams
- Ensuring workers implement control measures to minimise risk to health and safety of themselves and others
- Confident in ability to motivate subcontractors and work well with them
Requirements
- A relevant trade qualification or construction related qualification
- A minimum of 7 to 10 years’ experience in a similar role
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or Finishing Foreman with a strong background in fit-out and finishing stages
- Previous experience delivering high-quality Residential schemes
