Façade Manager – Cork (Major Construction Project)

A leading main contractor is seeking an experienced Facade Manager to join their team on a high‑profile project in the Cork area. This role offers long‑term career progression and the opportunity to work with one of Ireland’s most respected construction groups.

Role Overview

As Façade Manager you will lead and coordinate all brickwork, blockwork and masonry activities on site. Acting as the primary point of contact for bricklayers, window installers, scaffold teams, fire barrier installers and other façade-related trades.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bricklaying Foreman, Lead Bricklayer or Façade Supervisor on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong practical knowledge of brickwork, blockwork and masonry construction techniques.
• Confident in ability to motivate subcontractors and work well with them
• Previous experience delivering high-quality medium to large scale projects successfully
• Good knowledge of site safety practices and quality control.
