Site Manager – Galway

Permanent Position

An established Tier 1 contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a high‑profile hotel development in the West of Ireland. This is a key position for a driven construction professional who can lead on-site operations, maintain programme, and uphold exceptional quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• A relevant trade background or construction related qualification
• Proven experience in a Site Management role with a minimum of 5-7 years’ experience
• Confident in ability to motivate subcontractors and work well with them
• Previous experience delivering high-quality medium to large scale projects successfully
• Good knowledge of site safety practices and quality control.
