Your role will involve:
- Delivering key HR initiatives that support business needs
- Contributing to and supporting the delivery of the HR strategy in line with strategic business objectives
- Promote a positive working environment by supporting employee engagement, wellbeing, and retention.
- Overseeing performance management and supporting a high-performance culture
- Succession and workforce planning
- Providing direction and leadership to team on diverse programs and projects
- Oversee employee relations, including disciplinary matters, grievances, performance issues, and conflict resolution.
- Support managers with performance management, employee development, training, and workforce planning
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, attendance, annual leave, and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with employment law, workplace policies, and relevant HR regulations
What We’re Looking For:
- A third level qualification in Human Resources
- 5+ years’ relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies & procedures
