Site Manager | Major School Development Project | Citywest, Co. Dublin
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a leading main contractor on a large-scale school construction project in Citywest, Co. Dublin.
This role will suit a driven construction professional with a proven track record of delivering projects safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with the Project Manager and site team, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of this high-profile educational development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all day-to-day site activities.
- Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications.
- Oversee subcontractors and site personnel.
- Monitor project progress and maintain programme milestones.
- Promote and enforce Health & Safety best practices on site.
- Liaise with the wider project team.
- Maintain accurate site records and reporting.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on construction projects.
- Experience working with a Main contractor.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, Health & Safety, and quality standards.
- Trade background or Construction related degree
- Ability to manage and motivate site teams to deliver project objectives.
