Role responsibilities:

  • Promote safety culture and ensure adherence to safety rules by staff and contractors.
  • Plan, organise, and monitor team resources to meet project goals within budget.
  • Manage team efforts to meet SLAs, goals, and delivery commitments.
  • Lead and oversee major construction/electrical schemes, ensuring client requirements and budget are met.
  • Liaise with clients and subcontractors to ensure safe, cost-effective project completion.

Role requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of the contracting industry; electrical or civil standards is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in Electrical/Civil contracting or related fields.
  • Familiarity with contracts (FIDIC/NEC) and financial project management.
  • Skilled in balancing client needs, commercial goals, and resource allocation.
  • Strong understanding of business needs driving team activities.
  • Team management experience
