A Principal Irish Building Contractor is seeking an experienced M&E Coordinator to join their team. This company delivers projects across both the public and private sectors in the areas of Education, Healthcare, Residential, and Sports.

Due to continued growth, the company has secured a number of projects with a busy order book for 2025 & 2026. They are looking to expand their team and are recruiting an experienced M&E Coordinator for an Education project based in Dublin. This is a permanent position within the company.

Your Role will Involve:

  • Manage all MEP activities of projects from installation, to commissioning and to handover
  • Work with subcontractors to ensure detailed plans are delivered and incorporated into the overall plan
  • Liaise with the Design team and subcontractors regularly
  • Coordinate MEP services as required on site
  • Conduct quality checks on MEP installations
  • Look after the procurement process to ensure plant and materials are compliant and delivered to site on site
  • Ensure all project certification is issued within the constraints of the project

What we are looking for: 

  • A degree or diploma level qualification in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 
  • 3 years previous experience in a similar position.
