Document Controller / Closing Salesperson – South Dublin

Key Responsibilities
- Collate and manage BCAR and Homebond documentation, ensuring compliance.
- Maintain and update document registers, trackers, and logs (e.g., BCAR, Homebond, Closing Trackers).
- Liaise with solicitors on closing documents to ensure timely submission.
- Provide admin support to Sales, Marketing, and Construction teams.
- Coordinate with local authorities for compliance letters.
You will need:
- Experience in document control, ideally within construction.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management software.
- Knowledge of BCAR compliance is an advantage.
