Finishing Foreman – Drogheda, Co. Louth

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the finishing stages of construction to ensure the highest standards are achieved.
• Supervise finishing trades and subcontractors on-site.
• Conduct snagging and quality checks to meet project specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure work is completed on schedule.
• Maintain health and safety standards across the site.

You will need:

• Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman, ideally in residential construction.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality finishes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
