An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site/Project Manager to oversee the construction of a major retail development in Dunboyne, Co. Meath.

The Role:
As Site/Project Manager, you will take the lead in managing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee site activities from initial groundworks to project completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
• Monitor progress, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation effectively.
• Address and resolve any challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing construction projects, preferably in the retail or commercial sector.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, health and safety standards, and building regulations.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders and deliver results under pressure.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
