Senior Estimator – Blanchardstown, Co. Dublin

One of Ireland’s leading Main Contractors known for delivering high-quality construction projects is looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to join their team. With a strong pipeline of work and a culture that promotes internal growth, this is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned estimator to play a key role in driving the company’s continued success. In this role, you’ll lead tender preparation and pricing across a range of general construction projects while collaborating with an experienced pre-construction team in a fast-paced, supportive office environment.

Requirements:

• 7+ years’ experience in construction estimating

• Proven background in general contracting

• Ability to lead tenders from initial enquiry to submission

• Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates and tender documentation

• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing

• Conduct risk analysis and value engineering during tender stages

• Support handover to project delivery teams and monitor post-tender developments

• Attend tender interviews and client meetings as required
