Site/Civil/Engineer /Project Manager – Galway

  • Package - €DOE with Hybrid working

As the company continues to grow, we are seeking a driven individual to join our team in a hybrid project engineering and management role—supporting and leading key projects across all phases, from planning and design to execution and handover.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with and oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution from initial concept through to final completion.

Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.

Prepare and manage project documentation including progress reports, budgets, and risk assessments.

Monitor on-site progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Communicate with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to align project objectives and expectations.

Provide technical input and support design coordination using tools such as AutoCAD.

Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 2 years’ post-graduate experience, ideally with exposure to both on-site engineering and project coordination.

Relevant experience in residential and/or commercial construction projects.

Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and team dynamics.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project).

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Level 7 Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.

  • Working knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and industry best practices.

  • Full, clean driver’s license required.
