General Manager – Small Hotel / Guesthouse
We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established and welcoming guesthouse for a General Manager to lead day-to-day operations across accommodation and food & beverage.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations across rooms, housekeeping, and F&B

Lead, support and motivate a small team

Manage bookings, guest relations, and service standards

Handle rostering, stock control, and general administration

Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and customer service
Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in hospitality or guesthouse/hotel management

Organised, reliable, and proactive with excellent people skills
