A well-established civil engineering and utilities contractor with a strong track record in infrastructure, traffic management, utilities, public lighting and environmental works is looking for an experienced Construction Administrator to join their team in Tallaght. This is a full-time office-based role within a busy, professional environment where you’ll play a key role in keeping projects organised and on track.

This position suits someone who thrives on structure, enjoys improving systems, and has experience in plant, logistics or construction administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain efficient administrative and logistics systems

  • Coordinate plant, transport and supplier requirements

  • Manage documentation, reporting and record keeping to high standards

  • Support site and project teams with day-to-day administration

  • Provide management with regular updates and project support data

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in plant, logistics or construction administration

  • Proven ability to implement and streamline administrative systems

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Strong attention to detail with clear communication skills
