Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Contracts Manager, you will lead the end-to-end tendering process, managing the preparation, review and submission of competitive, commercially robust tenders to secure new business opportunities. You will assess contractual and commercial risk, negotiate contract terms, and work closely with estimating, commercial and operational teams to deliver high-quality tender submissions. Following contract award, you will provide contractual support to ensure successful project delivery while maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 10+ years’ construction industry experience
• Previous experience working on tendering projects
