As a Health & Safety Advisor here, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining and building upon this company’s outstanding safety record on a high value build that offers long-term stability through 2028. You will be crucial to:

  • Driving a positive safety culture across site teams and subcontractors
  • Conducting regular site inspections, risk assessments and compliance audits
  • Overseeing safety documentation including RAMS and site safety plans
  • Delivering engaging toolbox talks and mentoring site personnel
  • Investigating incidents/near-misses and implementing effective preventative measures
  • Ensuring full alignment with Irish & EU health and safety legislation

What we are looking for:

  • 3+ years’ experience in construction (residential/commercial)
  • A degree or diploma in Health & Safety
  • A full driving license
