Locations: Dublin City Centre / Blanchardstown / Dún Laoghaire
Salary: Up to €110,000 DOE + Benefits
Job Type: Permanent
Hybrid: 2 days working from home

Our client, a leading Tier 1 construction contractor, is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in Dublin.

The successful candidate will be based at the project location closest to home where possible, helping to minimise travel while working on major construction projects.

The Role

You will be responsible for the commercial and contractual management of major construction projects, including:

  • Cost control, forecasting and reporting
  • Subcontractor procurement and management
  • Variations, valuations and claims
  • Commercial risk management
  • Contract administration
  • Working closely with the project and commercial teams

Requirements

  • Strong main contractor experience
  • Previous Senior Quantity Surveyor experience
  • Tier 1 experience highly desirable
  • Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
  • Relevant Quantity Surveying qualification
