Regional EHS Manager

In this role, you be a part of the senior management team and take ownership of the Health and Safety on multiple residential sites within Leinster, raising the safety standards and growing an expert team.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- A diploma/degree in Health & Safety.
- Experience of ISO Standards.
- 8-10 years’ experience at a senior manager level within the construction industry.
- Experience working with a recognised main contractor (Ireland, UK or worldwide).
- Previous track record of leading an EHS team.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the Company’s EHS Management System.
- Promote a positive H&S culture on-site with Site Management, contractors, and workers.
- Monitor EHS compliance on-site and generate weekly inspections & reports.
- Develop, maintain and foster collaborative relationships with the wider project team.
- Influence and coach site team in the implementation of best practice EHS standards.
