Contract Safety Officer – Dublin 8

Join a Safe-T-Certified / ISO 45001 accredited Tier 1 Main Contractor with an outstanding safety record, on a prestigious commercial project in Dublin 8.

This company has forged an outstanding reputation as a progressive and engaging employer. Due to their continued success, our client now has an immediate requirement for an experienced Safety Officer, to join the site team and oversee Health and Safety on this fast-paced construction project.

Key Responsibilities

Site Inspections & Audits: Conduct daily Health and Safety inspections.

Compliance and Standards: Ensure strict compliance with all construction regulations and operational procedures.

Risk Management: Review and approve RAMS, SOP’s and PTW applications.

Incident Investigations: Lead analysis for any near-misses, incidents or accidents.

Induction and Training: Toolbox talks, site induction and targeted staff briefings.

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent

IOSH Membership, safe pass and CSCS

Minimum of 3 Years of EHS experience gained working within the construction industry

Strong understanding of Irish EHS legislation
